RM Series Raymond Mill
Overview
Raymond mill has been widely used in the processing of various powder industries for more than 20 years since it was introduced to China. With the development of the powder industry, downstream companies have put forward higher requirements for product fineness, equipment stability, and labor costs. For traditional Raymond mill, it is impossible to achieve ultrafining, and repairs are frequent and maintenance costs are high. For this purpose our company's technical department conducted in-depth analysis and research on traditional grinding mill, solved many defects of traditional Raymond mill, and developed a new China version of Raymond mill that integrates crushing, grinding, and ultrafining.
It has advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, uultrafining and no environmental pollution and is widely used in the field of metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, non-metallic mineral, new energy, special carbon material.
The central shaft is driven to rotate by the combined belt transmission mechanism. The upper end of the shaft is connected to the dynamic grinding system composed of the grinding roller and the plum blossom frame, and forms a swing fulcrum. When the main shaft rotates, the grinding roller is pressed against the grinding ring by centrifugal force, forming a crushing combination. The grinding roller revolves around the grinding ring and rotates due to friction. The material layer is squeezed and rubbed by the grinding roller and the grinding ring to crush the material thereby achieving the purpose of grinding. The mill's own internal classification system extracts qualified fine powder in a timely manner and it is collected by the back-end equipment.
Application Field
This machine has the advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, ultra-fine grinding, small footprint, low capital investment and no pollution to the environment. It is widely used in ultra-fine grinding of dry materials in industries such as lithium battery materials, metallurgy, industrial solid waste, chemical industry, refractory materials, cement, etc.

Advantages and characteristics
1. Flexible installation
The mill is installed on the ground, and the above-ground part is 50% of the height of the traditional mill, which reduces the height of the plant, saves plant investment, and is more conducive to equipment maintenance.
2. Reliable and durable
The roller bearing seal is a new type of sealing method, which is maintenance-free and oil-free. It eliminates the powder in the bearing and greatly reduces the equipment maintenance cost.
3. Convenient maintenance
The grading cavity adopts a suspended structure, which can automatically rise and fall and shift to reduce equipment resonance, reduce noise, and improve maintenance convenience.
4. Innovation and upgrade
The innovative grinding ring and grinding roller design optimizes the arc-shaped bite mode. Compared with the traditional old Raymond mill, it reduces the falling speed of the material through the grinding area and prolongs the rolling and crushing time. It has both the wide feed particle size requirements of the Raymond mill and the ultra-fine crushing function of the ultra-fine mill. Crushing, grinding, and ultra-fine are all done in one step, and the fineness can reach d90:10um.
5. Convenient operation
The rotating boom-type installation structure of the classifier avoids resonance between the main machine and the classifier, reduces equipment vibration, reduces operating noise, eliminates the need for hoisting and maintenance tools, and allows for open maintenance operations, which increases operational convenience.
6. Cost reduction and efficiency improvement
The intermediate tangential cyclone air intake allows the material to rise in a vortex-like state in the crushing and classification chamber, which is more conducive to coarse powder extraction, reduces fan energy consumption, and reduces production costs.
7. Green and environmentally friendly
The entire system operates under negative pressure throughout the entire process, with no positive pressure zone, and the production environment is extremely good. The dust emission concentration is better than the national standard and reaches ≤30mg/m3.
