AB series Jet Mill
This machine is a dry ultrafine crushing equipment composed of fluidized bed air flow crushing technology and self-classifying technology.
There is no temperature rise, no pollution and little wear during the crushing process.
It is especially suitable for ultra-pure ultrafine grinding of heat-sensitive, low melting point and high-purity materials.
For flammable and explosive materials, inert gas can be used as the working medium to achieve closed-loop circulation grinding.
QAB Series High Pressure Seam Jet Mill
QAB series high pressure steam jet mill uses high temperature and high pressure superheated steam to accelerate particles through the coaxial nozzle and collide and crush them. The crushed materials are classified by the classifier, and qualified powders are collected by the collection system at the back, and unqualified materials are returned to the pulverizer for further crushing.
AF Series Air Classifier
The air classifier performs centrifugal classification according to the different size and density of powder particles. It is mainly used for dry airflow classification of ultrafine powder materials. It can be connected in series to form a crushing-classifying complete system with various crushing units to make the ultrafine powder processing equipment more reasonable and economical. At the same time, for flammable, explosive, and oxidizable materials it can be operated under the protection of inert gas as a medium to make it safer.
CXM Series Roller Mill
This machine is a dry roller mill, which cleverly uses the arc grinding channel and reasonably uses the collision, rolling and grinding mechanisms. It integrates crushing and classifying, and can extract qualified fine powder in time, and continue to grind coarse powder to avoid over-crushing of materials. It can replace Raymond mill for ultra-fine grinding.

JHM Series Ball Mill
JHM Jinghua Mill is a new type of mill named after Jinghua Company and has independent intellectual property rights. In 2008, Jinghua Company took the lead and entrusted Professor Gai Guosheng, director of Material College and Powder Engineering Research Institute of Tsinghua University, in conjunction with provincial and municipal experts group conducted performance authentication certification on it.
It has unique and perfect grinding mechanism and completely different feeding and discharging methods from traditional ball mills. It changes the relative movement speed between the grinding media in the cylinder and improve the chaos degree of medium motion within a shorter cylinder length and a larger cylinder diameter, thereby improving the collision, squeezing, shearing and grinding effects between the grinding medium and the material, and improving the grinding efficiency.
