The raw materials are quantitatively added into the machine from the upper part of the crushing zone by the feeding screw. The compressed air is ejected through the horizontally symmetrically distributed Laval nozzles to emit supersonic airflow to drive the materials to collide and shear themselves, causing the materials to be crushed. The fine powder produced by the crushing enters the turbine classification zone driven by the negative pressure wind, and the coarse particles are thrown back to the crushing zone under the action of centrifugal force to continue grinding. The qualified fine powder passes through the "cage-shaped" impeller rotor under the action of the negative pressure wind and is discharged out of the machine and collected by the collector. During the falling process of the coarse particles, the fine powder mixed in them or the qualified powder attached to the surface of the coarse particles is washed in the secondary air washing zone, so that the classification efficiency is further improved.
