The working principle of the jet mill is that after the compressed air is cooled, filtered and dried, it is injected into the crushing chamber through the Laval nozzle to form a supersonic airflow, so that the material is fluidized. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of several nozzles, resulting in violent collision, friction and shearing to form ultra-fine particles. Especially for solid impact, it has a very targeted effect. According to the current crushing situation, combined with the implementation standards of different standards, it can achieve a more ideal degree in different types or corresponding relationships. 1. During the production process, the temperature rise of the bearing must be checked frequently. When the temperature rise exceeds 50℃, the machine should be stopped for inspection, the cause should be found out and the fault should be eliminated.
2. When the new machine is running, the transmission belt is easy to stretch. Attention should be paid to adjusting the appropriate tightness of the belt to ensure the working life of the belt.
3. Frequently check the wearing parts and replace them in time to ensure production quality and output.
4. Check the wear of the blades and bushings regularly. If the wear causes the productivity to decrease and the particle size to become coarser, replace them immediately after the wear is found.
5. The main machine and graded flow bearings are grease lubricated, using No. 2 special grease with a strength of 265-295.
6. The grease replacement period of the bearing is 2000 hours, and the filling amount of grease is 1/2 (upper measurement) or 3/4 (lower measurement) of the space in the bearing cavity. Do not fill too much grease, otherwise it will cause the bearing temperature to be too high.
7. The grease replacement period of the screw feeder is 4000 hours, add ordinary calcium-based grease.
