JHM Ball Mill is a new Type Of Mill named after Jinghua Company and has independent intellectual property rights. In 2008, Jinghua Company took the lead and entrusted Professor Gai Guosheng, director of Material College and Powder Engineering Research Institute of Tsinghua University, in conjunction with provincial and municipal experts group conducted performance authentication certification on it.

It has unique and perfect grinding mechanism and completely different feeding and discharging methods from traditional Ball Mills. It changes the relative movement speed between the grinding media in the cylinder and improve the chaos degree of medium motion within a shorter cylinder length and a larger cylinder diameter, thereby improving the collision, squeezing, shearing and grinding effects between the grinding medium and the material, and improving the grinding efficiency.

2.Performance Characteristics

1). Change the traditional ball mill process and adopt the internal classification form, integrating grinding and classification into one, with a compact structure.

2). Reasonably optimized length-diameter ratio avoids repeated grinding, reduces over-crushing, and increases grinding efficiency by 15%.

3). It is easier to obtain powder particle sizes with a relatively narrow distribution.

4). The directional back-blowing air with adjustable wind volume makes elutriation more thorough, increases the classification efficiency by 30%, reduces the temperature of the grinding chamber, and expands the application range of the machine.

5). Single machine and double hanging design can produce two different specifications of powder at the same time to avoid cross contamination.

3.Application Fields

This model is mainly used in ultra-fine cement, aluminum hydroxide, iron-silicon aluminum, boron carbide, phosphorus iron ore, zirconia, kaolin, silicon-iron composite materials, and electrolytic manganese dioxide.
