JHWL Series Horizontal Ribbon Mixer

It consists of a U-shaped container, spiral ribbon stirring blades and transmission parts; the U-shaped long barrel structure ensures that the mixed materials (powders, semi-fluids) move with low resistance in the barrel. The positive and negative rotating spirals are installed on the same horizontal axis to form a low-power and high-efficiency mixing environment. The spiral ribbon blades are generally made into double or triple layers. The outer spiral gathers the materials from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral transports the materials from the center to both sides, which can form more vortices in the flow of materials. It speeds up the mixing speed and improves the mixing uniformity.

1. The equipment can be equipped with an atomizing nozzle, which can be used to mix solid powders with a small amount of liquid.

2. The powder material adopts a pneumatic large-opening door structure, which has the advantages of fast unloading and no residue.

3. It can be equipped with a heating or cooling jacket. There are two heating methods: electric heating and thermal oil heating. The cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, the jacket has a large heat exchange area, and the cooling speed is fast.

4. The small-scale mixer adopts a direct-connected reducer, which has a simple structure, high operating reliability, and easy maintenance.

The large-scale mixer uses a pulley to drive the cycloid reducer. The elastic connection of the belt drive has the advantage of protecting the transmission components when overloaded.

It is used for powder-powder and powder-liquid mixing of non-metallic minerals, medicines and foods, chemical materials, ceramics, fire-resistant and flame-retardant materials, fertilizers and feeds, rubber additives, metallurgical powders, paints and coatings, etc.
