JHM Series Ball Mill

JHM Jinghua Mill is a new type of mill named after Jinghua Company and has independent intellectual property rights. In 2008, Jinghua Company took the lead and entrusted Professor Gai Guosheng, director of Material College and Powder Engineering Research Institute of Tsinghua University, in conjunction with provincial and municipal experts group conducted performance authentication certification on it.

It has unique and perfect grinding mechanism and completely different feeding and discharging methods from traditional ball mills. It changes the relative movement speed between the grinding media in the cylinder and improve the chaos degree of medium motion within a shorter cylinder length and a larger cylinder diameter, thereby improving the collision, squeezing, shearing and grinding effects between the grinding medium and the material, and improving the grinding efficiency.

The mill uses ceramic lining and grinding media, and the classifier system uses ceramic anti-wear protection to ensure the purity and whiteness of the product. For dry processing of quartz and feldspar, a ball mill + classifier system with international standard configuration is used, which has the characteristics of energy saving, high efficiency, large output and high classification accuracy.
