High-Efficiency LM Series Vertical Mill from China Suppliers and Factory for Cement, Power, and Chemical Industries
Working Principle
The reducer drives the grinding plate to rotate. The material falls to the center of the grinding plate and is crushed by the grinding roller. The crushed material is brought to the high-efficiency powder separator by the upward hot air flow. After being sorted by the classifier, the coarse powder is returned to the grinding plate and regrinding. Fine powder leaves the mill with the air flow.

Frequently Asked Questions
What component drives the rotation of the grinding plate?
The grinding plate is driven and rotated by the reducer connected to the system.
How is the material crushed inside the mill?
Material falls onto the center of the rotating grinding plate and is crushed under the pressure of the grinding rollers.
How is the crushed material transported to the separator?
An upward hot air flow lifts the crushed material from the grinding plate up to the high-efficiency powder separator.
What happens to the coarse powder during the separation process?
The classifier sorts the materials, causing the heavier, coarse powder to fall back down to the grinding plate for regrinding.
How does the finished fine powder exit the mill?
The qualified fine powder is carried out of the mill system directly with the moving air flow.
