    Overview

GXJ series continuous powder surface shaping and modifying machine consists of raw material bin, reagent barrel, feeding screw, reagent metering and filling system, modifier host, cyclone collector, pulse dust collector, induced draft fan, electronic control system and other parts.

The modifier host consists of three "pin" shaped modification barrels. Dry powder and precisely measured modifier enter the modification barrel at the same time. The main motor drives the high-speed rotating rotor to make the material run in a fluidized spiral state, and the heat generated by relatively high-speed shear, collision and friction between the stator installed on the modification barrel is rapidly formed into a film for modification.

The unique modification chamber design and self-heating heating mechanism of this machine meet the requirements of continuous modification process of powder surface, and it has the characteristics of strong continuity, high coating efficiency, high activation index and large processing capacity. The high-speed friction and shear between the stator and the stator have the function of depolymerization and dispersion of the material at the same time. Since it was launched on the market, it has been tested by many cooperative manufacturers and has excellent operation and application performance, which has been well received and affirmed by users.

    Technical Advantages

    1. Good dispersibility of powder and surface modifier, uniform coating on particle surface, and low amount of modifier per unit product; especially suitable for surface modification of ultrafine powder.
    2. This unit can operate continuously, with large processing capacity, suitable for industrial production of various scales.
    3. High utilization rate of modifying agent, small dosage, high powder coating rate and activation index, low energy consumption.
    4. The equipment has both modification and disintegration functions, suitable for materials of various fineness, and has unique modification and activation effects on materials with low pseudo-specific gravity and large bulk density ratio such as white carbon black, mica powder, talcum powder, etc.
    5. Powder and agent are mixed in high-speed gas-solid phase vortex flow operation, with high modification efficiency, and basically no damage to the original particle shape of the powder.
    6. The material runs under negative pressure, with good sealing, no dust leakage, basically no pollution, good operating environment, and low labor intensity.
    7. Independent fluid and non-fluid dosing system, continuous, stable and uniform.

    Application Field

Widely used in non-metallic mineral fillers, pigments, rubber, adhesive polymer materials, functional materials and coating industries. Suitable materials include:

Heavy (light) calcium carbonate Kaolin Talc Mica Wollastonite barium sulfate Magnesium hydroxide Aluminum hydroxide Zinc oxide White carbon black Illite Silica powder Pyrophyllite Graphite Flame retardant

    Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What components make up the GXJ series continuous powder surface modifying machine?
The machine consists of a raw material bin, reagent barrel, feeding screw, reagent metering and filling system, modifier host, cyclone collector, pulse dust collector, induced draft fan, and an electronic control system.
Q: How does the modifier host achieve uniform coating on powder surfaces?
It features three "pin" shaped modification barrels where dry powder and precisely measured modifier enter simultaneously. The main motor drives a high-speed rotating rotor to move the material in a fluidized spiral state. The heat generated by high-speed shear, collision, and friction between the stator rapidly forms a modification film.
Q: Is this equipment suitable for processing ultrafine powder?
Yes, the system is especially suitable for the surface modification of ultrafine powder due to its excellent dispersibility of both the powder and surface modifier, ensuring a uniform coating with a low amount of modifier.
Q: Does the modification process damage the original particle shape?
No. Because the powder and agent are mixed in a high-speed gas-solid phase vortex flow operation, the modification is highly efficient with basically no damage to the original particle shape of the powder.
Q: How does the GXJ series ensure an eco-friendly operating environment?
The material runs under negative pressure with excellent sealing. This design prevents dust leakage, resulting in basically zero pollution, a good operating environment, and low labor intensity.
Q: Can this machine handle materials with low pseudo-specific gravity?
Yes, the equipment features both modification and disintegration functions. It has unique modification and activation effects on materials with low pseudo-specific gravity and large bulk density ratios, such as white carbon black, mica powder, and talcum powder.
