In October 1998, the company's predecessor-Anqiu Jinghua Powder Equipment Factory, was established.

In October 2000, Weifang Jinghua Powder Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. was established.

In August 2007, the company was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Shandong Province.

In December 2008, the company was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise.

In August 2009, the company's independently developed Jingjing Grinding Mill was included in the National Technology Innovation Fund Project Plan for Small and Medium-sized Science and Technology Enterprises.

In September 2010, the company's independently developed essence grinding mill was included in the Shandong Province key energy-saving technology transformation project plan.

In August 2013, the double-split air classifier won the Shandong Province Major Energy-Saving Technology Industrialization Award.

In April 2015, Shandong Dalier Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was established as a wholly-owned subsidiary.

In December 2016, the company was recognized as a national intellectual property advantage enterprise.

In December 2017, the company was recognized as a hidden champion of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong Province.

In September 2018, the company invested in the establishment of Shandong Feilier Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.

In December 2020, the company was recognized as a single champion enterprise in Shandong Province's manufacturing industry.

In August 2021, the company was recognized as a national specialized and innovative small giant enterprise.

In October 2021, the company was recognized as a gazelle enterprise in Shandong Province.

In November 2021, the company invested in the establishment of Weifang Jinghua Equipment Technology Co., Ltd.

In May 2022, the company was recognized as a national key small giant enterprise with specialization, refinement and innovation.

In April 2023, the company started the listing process.

In July 2023, the company invested in the establishment of Weifang Jinghua Power Technology Co., Ltd.

In November 2023, the "Energy-saving and High-efficiency Ultrafine Powder Equipment Industrialization Project" was included in the Shandong Province Key Project Plan.
