CXM Series Roller Mill from China Suppliers - Advanced Dry Grinding Solution by Leading Factory

Introducing our innovative dry roller mill, a cutting-edge solution that efficiently utilizes an arc grinding channel. This machine skillfully combines the principles of collision, rolling, and grinding to achieve superior results. Designed for seamless crushing and classifying, our mill expertly extracts qualified fine powder while continuously processing coarse materials to prevent over-crushing. As a reliable alternative to traditional Raymond mills, this advanced equipment is perfect for ultra-fine grinding applications. When searching for top-quality milling solutions, look no further than our factory in China, a leading supplier in the industry

    Working Principle

When the roller fixed on the roller frame by the pin rotates under the drive of the main shaft, the roller is pressed against the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force, and at the same time, the roller rotates around the pin. After the material is added to the grinding chamber from the top by the feeding screw, it is thrown into the gap between the roller and the grinding ring by the roller frame, and is crushed by the impact, rolling and grinding of the roller and the grinding ring. The crushed material falls on the throwing plate and is thrown into the gap between the machine body and the grinding ring. Under the action of the rising air flow, it enters the upper classification chamber for classification. Qualified finished powder passes through the turbine rotor and enters the collection system from the finished material outlet to be collected as a product, and the coarse powder falls into the grinding chamber for re-crushing.

    Frequently Asked Questions

How does the roller interact with the grinding ring?
The roller is fixed on the roller frame by a pin and rotates under the drive of the main shaft. Due to centrifugal force, it is pressed firmly against the grinding ring while simultaneously rotating around its own pin.
How is material introduced into the grinding zone?
Material is added to the grinding chamber from the top via a feeding screw. The roller frame then throws the material directly into the gap between the roller and the grinding ring.
What forces crush the material within the chamber?
The material is crushed by the combined action of impact, rolling, and grinding forces exerted between the rotating roller and the grinding ring.
Where does the material go after being crushed?
The crushed material falls onto a throwing plate, which flings it into the gap between the machine body and the grinding ring. From there, rising air flow carries it up to the classification chamber.
How is the qualified finished powder collected?
Qualified finished powder passes through the turbine rotor and exits through the finished material outlet, entering the collection system to be gathered as the final product.
What happens to the coarse powder that fails classification?
Coarse powder that cannot pass through the turbine rotor falls back down into the grinding chamber to undergo the crushing process again.
