    Working Principle

When the roller fixed on the roller frame by the pin rotates under the drive of the main shaft, the roller is pressed against the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force, and at the same time, the roller rotates around the pin. After the material is added to the grinding chamber from the top by the feeding screw, it is thrown into the gap between the roller and the grinding ring by the roller frame, and is crushed by the impact, rolling and grinding of the roller and the grinding ring. The crushed material falls on the throwing plate and is thrown into the gap between the machine body and the grinding ring. Under the action of the rising air flow, it enters the upper classification chamber for classification. Qualified finished powder passes through the turbine rotor and enters the collection system from the finished material outlet to be collected as a product, and the coarse powder falls into the grinding chamber for re-crushing.

    Step 01

    Centrifugal Rotation

The roller, fixed on the roller frame by a pin, rotates under the drive of the main shaft, pressing against the grinding ring via centrifugal force while rotating around the pin.

    Step 02

    Material Feeding

Material is added to the grinding chamber from the top by the feeding screw, and is then thrown into the gap between the roller and the grinding ring by the roller frame.

    Step 03

    Impact & Grinding

The material is crushed thoroughly by the combined forces of impact, rolling, and grinding action between the roller and the grinding ring.

    Step 04

    Airflow Classification

Crushed material falls on the throwing plate, enters the gap between the body and the ring, and is carried upward by rising air flow into the classification chamber.

    Step 05

    Collection & Recrushing

Qualified finished powder passes through the turbine rotor to the collection system, while coarse powder falls back into the grinding chamber for re-crushing.

    Frequently Asked Questions

How does the roller interact with the grinding ring?

The roller is fixed to the roller frame by a pin. Driven by the main shaft, it rotates and is pressed against the grinding ring by centrifugal force, while simultaneously rotating around its own pin.

How is the raw material fed into the grinding chamber?

The material is introduced into the grinding chamber from the top using a feeding screw. The roller frame then throws the material into the gap between the roller and the grinding ring.

What forces are responsible for crushing the material?

The material is crushed through a combination of impact, rolling, and grinding actions exerted by the roller against the grinding ring.

What happens to the material after it is crushed?

The crushed material falls onto a throwing plate, which projects it into the gap between the machine body and the grinding ring. From there, rising air flow carries it up to the classification chamber.

How is the qualified powder separated from the coarse powder?

Qualified finished powder passes through the turbine rotor and exits through the finished material outlet into the collection system. Coarse powder falls back down into the grinding chamber to be re-crushed.
