China CXM Series Roller Mill - Ultra-Fine Grinding Suppliers and Factory Solutions for Efficient Powder Processing

Introducing our advanced dry roller mill, a sophisticated solution for ultra-fine grinding that exemplifies quality and efficiency in the milling industry. This machine, designed by top suppliers in China, features an innovative arc grinding channel that optimizes the collision, rolling, and grinding processes. By seamlessly integrating crushing and classification, it efficiently extracts high-quality fine powder while consistently grinding coarse particles, thus preventing over-crushing. This remarkable equipment serves as a superior alternative to traditional Raymond mills, making it an essential asset for any factory focused on premium powder production. Choose our dry roller mill for reliable performance and exceptional results

    Working Principle

When the roller fixed on the roller frame by the pin rotates under the drive of the main shaft, the roller is pressed against the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force, and at the same time, the roller rotates around the pin. After the material is added to the grinding chamber from the top by the feeding screw, it is thrown into the gap between the roller and the grinding ring by the roller frame, and is crushed by the impact, rolling and grinding of the roller and the grinding ring. The crushed material falls on the throwing plate and is thrown into the gap between the machine body and the grinding ring. Under the action of the rising air flow, it enters the upper classification chamber for classification. Qualified finished powder passes through the turbine rotor and enters the collection system from the finished material outlet to be collected as a product, and the coarse powder falls into the grinding chamber for re-crushing.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How does the roller interact with the grinding ring?
Driven by the main shaft, the roller is pressed against the grinding ring by centrifugal force while simultaneously rotating around its fixing pin.
Q: How is material fed and crushed inside the chamber?
Material enters from the top via a feeding screw. The roller frame then throws it into the gap between the roller and the grinding ring, where it is crushed through impact, rolling, and grinding.
Q: What happens to the material immediately after it is crushed?
The crushed material falls onto a throwing plate, which directs it into the gap between the machine body and the grinding ring to be carried upward by rising airflow.
Q: How is the qualified finished powder separated and collected?
The rising air carries the material to the upper classification chamber. Qualified finished powder passes through the turbine rotor and exits through the finished material outlet into the collection system.
Q: What happens to the coarse powder that fails classification?
Coarse powder that cannot pass through the turbine rotor falls back down into the grinding chamber to undergo the crushing process again.
