    Overview

    Airflow mixer is mainly used in chemical products, plastics, pharmaceuticals, battery materials, food, feed, cement, soil, stone, ceramic raw materials and other industries. It is a non-destructive mixing equipment for particles and powders. It has the characteristics of no leakage, no dead angle, no pollution, sealed mixing and environmental protection. It has low maintenance cost and fast mixing speed. It is especially suitable for fast and uniform mixing of large quantities of materials.

    Working Principle

    When the mixer is in an empty bin state and the control command is issued, two or N kinds of materials start to be fed according to the set ratio. When the material level control or the set capacity is filled in place, the feeding system is closed and the control command automatically enters the mixing program.

    The treated oil-free and water-free high-pressure air is ejected from the bottom of the airflow mixer in the form of pulses from N upper nozzles. The pulse is usually adjusted from a start time of about 2 seconds to a stop time of more than 60 seconds. The high-speed impact force generated by the compressed air instantly causes the powder and granular material in the tank to rise along the spiral flow of the compressed air along the cylinder wall and reach a fluidized boiling mixing state. After several pulse strikes and pause intervals, the injection time is very short and the compressed air is consumed very little. It can be fully mixed and efficiently homogenized. The excess air injected during the mixing process is filtered by the upper bin top dust collector and then discharged. After the set mixing time, the mixing is completed, and the pneumatic valve at the bottom opens to discharge the evenly mixed materials.

    The feeding, conveying, mixing, and post-processing of raw materials are combined with touch screens and PLC intelligent control to form a complete set of intelligent unattended automatic production lines.
