Ceramic Ball Mill + Air Classifier System

    Ball Mill

    The ball mill adopts a special design and optimizes the aspect ratio. The grinding media with scientific proportions are used to achieve the ideal grinding fineness. The liner and grinding media are protected by alumina or quartz. The main bearing adopts rolling bearings, dry oil lubrication, no thin oil lubrication station, reducing operating costs.

    Air Classifier

    Different types of classifiers and classification technologies are used. By adjusting the classifier, the product and particle size distribution can meet customer requirements. Using a single classifier or different combinations of multiple classifiers, products of different fineness can be produced at the same time. The classification efficiency of the multi-rotor classifier can reach ~U90%. The impeller is made of wear-resistant material or full ceramic protection.
