Application Fields

Working principle
During the working process, the material enters the classification flow field from the lower part of the classifier, is dispersed under the action of the rising airflow, and enters the cage-shaped turbine rotor with the airflow. Under the action of centrifugal force, the coarse particles are thrown out and fall along the wall of the device. During the falling process, they are dispersed again by the secondary air and discharged from the coarse material outlet after secondary washing.
Qualified fine powder passes through the turbine rotor and is discharged from the fine powder outlet, and enters the secondary classifier. Fine powder is washed twice and the coarser material is discharged through the coarse material outlet after the above process. Qualified fine powder is discharged from the fine powder outlet and collected by the cyclone collector. The material that cannot be collected by the cyclone collector is collected by the electric pulse bag dust collector. By adjusting the turbine speed and matching the appropriate amount of secondary air, products of different fineness can be obtained.
