Ultra-fine crushing of various dry powder materials
Working Principle
Jet mill is a kind of equipment that uses high-speed airflow to achieve dry ultra-fine grinding of materials. Most common ones on the market are fluidized bed type and disc type. The filtered and dried compressed air is accelerated through the Laval nozzle and injected into the crushing zone at supersonic speed. The materials are fluidized and accelerated in the supersonic jet, and impact and collide with each other at the intersection formed by multiple nozzles to be crushed. The crushed material rises along the air flow to the classification area and is classified in time. The coarse material falls along the cylinder wall to the crushing area to continue crushing. The qualified fine powder is collected by subsequent equipment.

Performance Characteristics
1. The crushed product has uniform particle size and low fineness, and the finest dry method can reach d50:0.5um.
